October's dinner meeting will include a presentation and discussion led by our legislative committee on the disturbing trend in public contracts to disregard Washington laws that provide significant protections to public.
Call to Action
To enhance the discussion of these issues and others the Legislative Committee is calling on members to provide similar examples of public contracts stepping outside the legal boundaries that have been implemented for the protection of public contractors.
Please email Dan Patsula with examples of contract language that you believe the Legislative Committee should address no later than October 10th.
